Respect and consideration for all involved is very important in healthy relationships. To get it, it's important to give it. If all aren't desirous of something, pass on the opportunity. Never pressure others into giving what you want, just like you wouldn't want to be pressured to give what you don't want to give.

This isn't going to be easy to hear, but you should do nothing. Poly relationships are difficult and if one person isn't comfortable then I'd argue you probably don't have a poly relationship or at least not a good one/functional one. As rough as this is, I think you stay silent/away until the guy makes a decision.
