Guys, Do guys ever regret not going out with a girl that asked them out?

So do guys ever regret not going out with a girl that asked them out? If so will they try and reach out to her eventually? Curious as I asked out a guy and he didn’t really give me a yes or a no.

If i dont like her or she is just not my type then i won't. I would feel sorry for her but not regret it. The reason i would feel sorry for her is cuz i never ever rejected a girl and rejecting someone could make them feel worthless which is what i experienced by being rejected by tons of girls.

So what if you had common interests? Like the sports you play/watch and hobbies?

if she was super nice, feminine and super receptive and of course common interests is a plus then yes it would be a huge regret.

I’ve only ever had one girl ask me out that I can remember and no I don’t regret it. She was a nice girl but she wasn’t really my type didn’t feel anything towards her or anything and I wasn’t looking for a relationship at the time.

Combination of several things, personality that I enjoy that compliments my own, chemistry, connection, make a difference some people you just mesh well with and some you don't. How she looks and presents herself matters, etc.

Just basic stuff really.

In a way you might think about it though. Some guys are quite to share their thoughts while others just put themselves out there. He didn’t give me a yes or a no. So maybe he wasn’t interested in that time?
