Yea I have - once I become established as friends with a guy, I can’t date him even if I liked him or would have said yes before

I did do that with a guy I liked because I didn't want to lose him, but had he really confessed to me and asked me out I would have. He never did so we just stayed close friends for years until he got married. It's too bad because our parents are friends and we get along with each others family so it probably would have been nice lol.
He was a fuck boy when we were teenagers but he would always come over and watch movies with me when my parents went out but I always felt he kept me at a distance. Like once I asked if he wanted to sleep over and he can sleep in my room with me but he declined so I let him have my bed and I slept in the couch lol. He liked me when we were younger because he used to try to kiss me but maybe as we grew up we became like siblings lol.

No. If I really liked a guy, I would still say yes if he asked me out after we became friends. And if we broke up, I would still stay friends with him as long as he didn’t do anything horrible like cheat on me.
