Am I overthinking?

I have dated casually quite a bit in my early 20s but stopped it in my late 20s and now i hardly hook up and all but a week back i hooked up with a guy 10 years younger and i never have dated guys so much younger than me. But after the hook up i felt quite awkward for i dont know what reasons and though we haven't talked since he wanted to meet me last night for sometime. I did but still felt awkward. Am i overthinking about it?

I think what you want now is not something casual and your trying to find something stable you had your hook ups and fun but now it's just not enough and you feel it in your self that you want to settle down with some one and sense he is so young you probably feel like you don't deserve him and hence why you feel a bit self conscious and a little weird around him

Girl have confidence in yourself. You got yourself a 20-year-old man and you're 30. You are doing just fine. I'd say go ahead. Ask him out on a date and actual date. Not a hookup, but something a little more serious. If he's too young for you, you may still act like a child. He's in his early 20s. You may act like that. Just take it slow and see where it's at
