Do nothing and wait and see what happens with her and her boyfriend and when they break up wait a week or two and ask her out. If you are really a real man, and if your nuts have truly dropped, and then you would apologize to her for never asking her out until it was too late. That you have a crush on her and hope that she looks you up if she ever breaks up with her boyfriend. Yup, you got to be a real man with ma sized nuts to do that, but what you got to lose... I have seen shit like that work.

In the meantime, you should start talking to other girls and going on dates.

What you absolutely should not ever, ever, as in never do... is trying to be her friend and hang around in a Just Friends type situation... make your romantic interest known to her. If she ever mentions the word freinds to you, tell straight up that will never work for you... so it's not even possible.

She might straight up reject you, but hey that's the breaks and she would be a good woman for doing it... because it would be the best thing for you if you had no chance anyway with her.

You should accept that she isn't single and move on. Assume that she will marry him and will never be available to you. Assume she will move to another country and you will never see her again. Whatever it takes to break the spell.

You should also grow up, and you should always assume that any girl you are interested in is already taken or otherwise unavailable, and not invest yourself emotionally UNTIL you have proven otherwise AND she shows interest in you. Until then, keep your feelings in check. That's actually more attractive to women anyway - even the slightest hint of desperation will turn most women right off, even if she was interested before.

Forget her, focus on your life purpose. Build muscle, strength, health, wealth, knowledge, become financially free and focus all of the energy you previously wasted on her... on yourself!
