Say your at your sister in laws place with your 2 x brothers there is another sister there, you talk and get along. Would you ask her out?

by the way if you go out you will be the 3rd brother to date some3from the same family

Well, let's ask ourselves; if things went badly, would you still want to see her at family gatherings? Do you think there is enough familial support to make this work? Would your brother and sister in law support you doing this?

If you think all this will still work out (without letting your thoughts get clouded by lust), I'd say your first step is to talk it over with your parents, or with your brother who's married to your sister-in-law. Ultimately, they'll give you good secondary opinions on how to proceed.
