I would guess pregnancy test and she’s unsure if you’re the father and/or if you’re receptive to sharing a kid with her. I’d also suspect condoms for her other sex partners. Tampons don’t embarrass women. It’s a weekly fact of life for most females. That’d be like being embarrassed about changing your sheets.
