Like I'd rather just stay home and play video games with a girlfriend while fooling around and scarfing pizza.
Going to dinner at a restaurant and just sitting there and chatting while doing nothing else, just sounds really boring.
372 opinions shared on Dating topic. That idea of a date is like way old school, lol
can do lots of stuff-
eating is a given, or scarfing better said,
and the activities range with little limits.
Outdoor/ travel/ dare devil/ mind stimulating/ arcade/ educational/ expressive/ athletic/ competitive
all sorts.
Dating is not some old tradition done in a restaurant.
Also why not just get some famous stature, then the girls on a larger scale can see your likes and then hopefully some will reach out, and you can also see if you’re both compatible?
A lot faster than individual searching, no? 🤷♀️

No discord is not a dating site 😂, its an IM and voice chat app, and paying for dates is almost universally talking about dinner and/or a movie.
Fame has too many drawbacks, I don't want to give my attention more than 3 people at a time, and I don't want to be expected to entertain a public audience. - +1 y
That’s incredible lmfao
you’re like not happy just being a gamer and seem frustrated with this dilemma and always see the low points..
Coke on dude! There’s gotta be a way to fix this issue! I’m simplified terms: date or don’t date and be happy with the gaming and such!
😭😭🤧
Also of course discord is a voice chat app, but you know 🧐 - +1 y
Who said anything about not being happy about being a gamer? You have it backwards.
If I were unhappy with that, why would I only be willing to date another gamer? 😂
- +1 y
Incorrect, thats like saying that "if I'm satisfied with eating, that I don't need entertainment".
Just because I enjoy an activity, does not mean I do not have other needs.
Video games are my favorite thing, I still want affection, company, conversation, sex, etc. though.
I have other hobbies as well as you are aware, I enjoy all of them, but I still need all of them.
Satisfaction with one thing does not result in happiness. Having ALL desires/needs met is happiness.
If I had to give up drawing to play video games, or give up video games to be able to draw, I'd be miserable either way. - +1 y
This is despite enjoying both activities and finding them satisfying.
- +1 y
Well you wanted to get specific when I made my mention it was just using your topic and questions and scenario as an example.
A more in depth answer would be- if you’re satisfied within yourself: hobbies/ the earth/ sustenance,
You won’t need any kind of sentimental relationship. Simple and basic socialization would suffice.
Having someone LOVE us is not a prerequisite to a happy life, you do know that right?
It’s a bit of a jump, but it’s correct.
Fun/ laughter are happy.
We don’t need others to understand us when we are having fun and too busy understanding new concepts for ourselves.
The most basic human touch is enough. We don’t need someone to be a duplicate of us, or understand us to our core.
You’re bound to frustrate yourself that way lookin for someone who does.
I do think this is entirely correct, and only has limitations in the areas of a persons mindset and perceptions.
You can feel free to call this my opinion, especially as it’s not backed up by evidence, but you’re wrong to say I’m incorrect without any backing research or consideration for what I stated.
I also said I thought you were wrong for that reason,
BUT
you can feel free to disagree furthermore.
- +1 y
I actually don't agree with any of that. 🤷🏻
- +1 y
In fact I hold the exact opposite view.
- +1 y
Well maybe self-contentment is something you aren’t prepared to handle? 🤷♀️
Really no one on earth willingly chooses this and tries it.
Some people do who like-
Blog their travels and such:
Mountain climbing/ food tasting/ safaris/ etc.
BUT
if by chance any of this offends- I apologize and congratulate you for knowing and being firm in what you want.
It’s a good characteristic trait.
Yes, feel free to disagree.
Although.. to point 😄😭🥶
I’m not the one asking for this stuff and the whole companionship ordeal.
See, I’m talking to you, and others on GaG.
I learn and move on and live my life to the best, and so far for me personally:
(Because you disagree on this- doesn’t make it wrong or discredited to me)
It has been working so far.
I can only hope that you and everyone who experiences or believes similar
Will find the utmost satisfaction and healthiest life here.

I'm not into casual sex either 🤷🏻
Rather just marry a female best friend.

+1 ySitting and chatting to get to know someone is something. But once "dating" then you do adventures together. But as a couple if you just want to chill that is fine.
121 Reply- +1 y
For me its best friends chilling that become a couple chilling, classical "dates" or just talking are pretty terrible at getting to know a person in my opinion. I'd rather hang out with them while doing shared hobbies.

Even Bailey Jay?

@Juxtapose the last picture she’s in and she looks like Zooey Deschanel from the show New Girl! Love itt
Bailey is pretty 😄 - +1 y
@Juxtapose All guys are gross to me. even the ones who look like girls.
- +1 y
Also in regards to bailey specifically, I don't find that kind of nose or jawline attractive (even in actual women).
- +1 y
@Juxtapose dang seriously 😳
The last picture and she looked like a she.
I wasn’t a fan of the first two.
That’s a guy? That’s one who I couldn’t tell 👀🤷♀️ - +1 y
@Juxtapose it’s a MAN? 😂 I’m in disbelief. That’s crazy.
I don’t endorse it, but I don’t mind those who get off to it.
I guess yes I’ll have to make a my take to this now ☝️😂
I would respectively consider it a fetish. Not anything more than this, but apologies if I offended, by any chance. 👐👀 - +1 y
@Juxtapose I do. When I want an apple iPhone or authentic cannoli from Italy- I want an authentic genuine made from scratch
Device or delicacy from Italy.
You may shove whatever into your mouth lol and that’s fine.
I like genuine (pronounced as gen• you• wine) men 🤓🧐👅💄💅
I get jealous- there can only be one lady in the relationship. That’s me. I want a man, and that’s what I’ll have or I won’t have it at all.
Have fun with your kinks though lolz
Obviously you’ll find someone to help you and both of you will share that same feel

@Rosexøxø Yeah in very rare cases, some trans men can very convincingly look like actual women, and straight guys dealing with that issue is where the term "trap" came from. However Bailey has some slightly masculine looking features.
There are almost certainly men that, from first glance alone, look just like the types of women I like, at least while wearing clothing anyway, but once revealed as men, instantly kills any attraction.
I don't like male voices, or their smells, or their genitals, or any bodily feature that looks masculine like large or sharp noses, bulky body frames, flat chests, large chins, pronounced jawlines, etc. So much so that even real women with any of those features are a biological turn off for me.
Even among actual women, my body gravitates to the absolute extreme of feminine looks, the type of women so cute that other women hate them for being that pretty, ones with high pitched bubbly voices, massive boobs, petite frames, rounded "kawaii" faces, etc.

+1 yI need to go in dates. My first boyfriend just wanted every dat at someone house because he was broke. It would have been the same with the other guys i dated if i was not the one paying for us both. For future use, i need the guy to be able to pay for himself because im only paying for myself. His ass can get left lmao

I find typical dates to be boring. A woman who's idea of fun us "going out" is a dealbreaker to me.
- +1 y
I don't know what a typical date is to you but im picky about what we do. I dont like dinner nor movie dates. I prefer theme parks, laser tag, paintball, casinos, boating, etc
- +1 y
I'm not into any of those things either.
Anonymous(30-35)+1 ySounds extremely boring. It sounds like you're broke.

There’s more to life than video games dude
- +1 y
While I do have many other hobbies (nearly all of which are done at home, such as drawing/painting, composing music, coding, building things, etc), you actually have that saying backwards, it's actually "there is more to video games than life"
Video game environments, objects, lifeforms, and situations, aren't bound by the laws of physics, so you can do anything in them, including countless things that are impossible to do, see, or otherwise experience in real life.
Yesterday I battled a dragon, visited 9 other planets with life on them, and used super powers and a laser sword, just to name a few. - +1 y

The only value AIs have is as bots on the enemy team when no players are around.
- +1 y
I mean I’m a homebody too, but sometimes ya gotta get out of the house. And why live in a fantasy work when the one we have has so much to offer?
- +1 y
Because it doesn't offer anything I'm interested in. If I lived in a world like futurama, the flintstones star wars, or jurassic park, sure. but the real workd is like gta, and gta is boring af. As an artist I appreciate creativity more than outdoor experiences.
- +1 y
Lol if you were an artist you would appreciate nature 😂
