I asked my crush out for a hangout and she replied with "Thank you very much for the invitation and I will get back to you once I am fully recovered as she was sick last week". I don't know what to make of this tbh?

Just wait and see what she says when she's feeling better. Being sick can be very mentally and emotionally draining so she doesn't want to have the conversation right now, or think about if she likes you right now. Just give it some time and chill

The mistake guys tend to make here is trying to set up another date if the girl doesn't get back to them in good time. The ball is in her court now. It's also an opportunity to ascertain her interest levels.

Having said that, women with a high interest level have been known to traverse distant lands to spend time with a guy they are really into..
