I asked crush out in January and that was my third time asking her out but she said that she will get back to me once she is fully recovered as she was sick but it's been 4 months now and her birthday is around the corner, So should I wish her on her birthday or leave it at that.

Ok so you’ve already asked her out 3 times and never gotten a response from her…as a girl, I think she is not interested…BUT who knows. Maybe she is playing hard to get?
