How often should you check your boyfriend's phone for communications with other females?

Does he give you reasons to believe that he is talking to other girls? What things is he doing in your relationship to make you feel that he is up to something? Does your gut instincts suspect something is off? Does he hide his phone when you are around? Is he secretive? Is he acting differently toward you? If so then best thing to do is ask him to let you use his phone because your phone is dead , if he looks like a deer in headlights then you know he is up to no good , if he hands over his phone to you with no hesitation then you can trust him . When people in relationships hide shit from their partner they are the biggest piece of shit that shouldn’t be in a relationship period , everyone has insecurities whether they say they do or not especially people that have been cheated on before and backstabbed and betrayed so asking your boyfriend to use his phone should not be a big deal , if it is then you have every right to reconsider that relationship. It has nothing to do with trust it comes down to respect for each other

The proof of this equation is whether you want him checking your phone. If you do, that's a sign of serious trust issues that you have and it's a red flag.
