I met this guy at the club and we exchanged Snapchat‘s and the next day he messaged me and said oh can I see you today and I said we can go out tomorrow and he said great then he basically cancelled because he ignored me and he did the same thing and ignored me the next week then I was like OK do you want to come over for some “fun” and he’s like yes and ignored me so my question is when I un-add him he keeps trying to add me back and like I’m very attracted to you but when I say we make plans he basically cancels on me even if it’s for sex what is his problem
