How do you look at someone's butt and tell if they had bbl or not? For all you know they could naturally have a big butt. Yes there are some ways to guess if one's butt is from surgery but you never know.

I personally would be bothered if he still kept looking, yes. I don't even know why he is with me if he still looks at women of a certain type who don't look like me. Kinda red flag tbh.
