How do I stop my trust issues whenever he takes long I accuses he’s with a girl?

I’m dating this guy and it’s been not long at all so whenever he takes long I don’t necessarily accuse him but my head starts to wander that he’s cheating. Is this toxic? I don’t know how to change it. If he takes a certain amount of time I always text him and say who are u with I don't know why I’m like this I don’t wanna be toxic

Then maybe you should be single for now and work on those issues, whether it’s with therapy or on your own. I’m sure that frame of mind stems from being hurt in the past, so you’ve got to heal that trauma. It’s not fair for him or anyone to get the repercussions of another man’s actions. It’s also not ok to throw accusations because your insecurities and trust issues aren’t in check. You should be able to bring your best self to the table when you begin dating someone new, not still be broken up from the past.

This is your insecurity which is very common in most girls and yes it's toxic for both genders..
