Honestly, saying you have Tourette’s wouldn’t make turning her down any less hurtful. When you like someone, it doesn’t matter why they reject you, it still sucks no matter what. But she will get over it, and will appreciate your honesty in the long run rather than you doing something messed up like stringing her along, or lying and saying you have Tourette’s. It’s actually worse to use that as an excuse because then for her it’s like “damn, he doesn’t want to date me so bad that he’s got to say he’s disabled”, even thought people with Tourette’s still date and have families. That’s just an unnecessary lie.
