Cheating ex texts sometimes. I want him eventually not now. if I don’t text first, does it show him he needs to put work into getting me back?

He texted you and a couple more first come first serve. Cheating is one red line once you cross it you cross it and chances that you don’t know half of it. You take him back and it’s on you. It helps to remember why you split up in the first place. I would stay away if I were you. Best of luck

No it shows you have very little respect for yourself to even talk to your cheating ex with the possibility of maybe even getting back with him. Don't come crying if and when he cheats on you again.
