Guy gave me an Std twice?

So A guy I was seeing gave me an std I told him he gave it to me and he should get treatment.

He didn’t believe me even though I showed him my medication and proof and he said he doesn’t have an std.

So months go by he tells me he got checked and he has the all clear and I trusted him and he ends up giving me the same std again.

How is he fine with having this std I mean I don’t get it

He lied to you about getting treatment and wanted to keep having sex. You should end it with him forever, but in the future make someone prove they have treatment.
