Then you wait. That is the only thing you can do if she says she is not ready to date right now. Just be respectful of her wishes and don't push her. If she does like you, she may change her mind in time.

You never know what is going on in her life. I don't know either of your ages but your profile says under 18. So, that could be all the way down to 13 years old on this site. I would give different advice for different ages. However, the general advice will be the same. You need to wait for her to be at a point that she feels ready.

You don't want to rush or push her into a relationship. She will resent you for it and that is the last thing you want to happen. There is no reason you cannot continue to be friendly and keep hope that someday she will want to try dating.

It is just obvious that there is a reason she feels not ready. It could be that school is overwhelming or that she feels she is too young right now. It could be her parents rules that she cannot date until a certain age. You never really know.
