How can I stop feeling spiteful towards women that reject me?

If YOU aren't attracted to a woman, you simply never approach her. You don't need to deal with her unwanted attention. It's easy for you. And if you aren't attracted, should you force yourself to ask her for a date anyway, because you don't want to hurt her feelings? Or do you simply not approach her and avoid wasting her time as well as your own.

So, if a woman isn't attracted to you, that doesn't mean that she has thought about it and doesn't think you are worthy. No, she just isn't attracted. A girl can't force herself to be attracted to a guy just lke a guy can't force himself to be attracted to a girl. And if she isn't attracted to you, she could agree to a date, but that would just be wasting time and money on something that isn't going anywhere.

So, what do you suggest that she do when you ask for a date and she really isn't attracted?

Remember thier are guys who reject women and women can and do feel the same way.

The best advice I can give you is to not take it personal. I know not so easy considering it's about as personal as it gets. But that's the thing. You have to remind yourself that they're not rejecting you. They're rejecting thier PERCEPTION of you. And who made them an authority on who or what you are? I don't get mad at them, I get annoyed with myself. Because I know I'm a delight. If she says no to me she's either got to be stupid or has some kind of issues that I didn't pick up on.
