Well, I think a similar was asked earlier. Nevertheless in your question you did not specify if this girl is a random stranger woman or if I would know her as an acquaintance or even a friend. I am going to break this down and reply.

If you are referring to a random stranger woman then the question does not make sense. A random stranger woman won't just approach me and give me her number. Kissing is completely out of question here. No way!.

Now if this girl/woman is my acquaintance or my friend then I would already have her number so there would not be any need to exchange any numbers, as for kissing okay friends or acquaintance occasionally do kiss each other on their cheeks.

The last part which says she leaves with another guy after all this, then it is a clear indication that she is playing mind games and particularly she is playing the jealousy game here. The moment I see this, I will cease all contact with her. She will be out of my life and forever. I would of course from that instant ignore her completely. I simple have no time and patience for people who play mind games and they have no place in my life either.

Irrespective to whether she is an acquaintance/friend or a stranger my reply is the same.

Yea. I understood the situation. And what else is he likely to think? That's obviously the impression you're going to make. He just WATCHED you "get-around"! I am a bit worried that you're surprised he doesn't want to talk to you anymore. This is... foreseeable. This is the expected outcome. What would you do in the reverse situation? I did see him kiss and talk to another girl which is why I thought it is fair game. but it’s probably because he seen me kissing that other guy through out the night. I should remmeber just because I didn’t see him doesn’t mean he couldn’t see me we where all in the same venue. I guess next time if I like a guy, don’t kiss anyone else from the same venue. But I guess that’s why neither of them ever spoken to me again.

But if you hope for anything but casual fun... you need to keep it one-at-a-time/per venue. At most. If you're just looking to fuck, then make that clear and the first guy might be down for that.
