I do not think anyone is actually looking at it. You are playing mind-games with yourself. Nothing more. I don't think you have ESP or anything and are correctly 'feeling' someone is looking at your location.
The mere possibility that someone COULD be (by turning it on) is what's making you think you're feeling someone actually is looking. They are not.
But this seems like a super-easy problem to fix. Just... don't turn your Snapmap on then you know for sure nobody is looking at your location. Unless you enjoy this wondering... that's clearly the solution.
