Girls, do you like a guy who is a chatterbox?

Usually its girls who are the talkers in my experience lol. But I noticed lately I became more of a chatterbox these days.

Do you like a guy who basically talks a whole lot on just about any topic. Of course i also listen when she talks too but otherwise i might be saying whatever comes to my mind

I’m pretty curious about a lot of general things.

I’ll listen long enough, to gain understanding and sometimes I’m really interested in how they respond to the things they like, and how they respond to what they would describe as “nuisances” in those topics/areas they love/are passionate about.

There are a few times, where I prefer not to have friends with anyone who’s a chatterbox- UNLESS the interests are mutual.

If I am speaking to a ‘chatterbox friend’ who only speaks what ever is on their mind; it could feel like I am talking to a 5 year old. (“Squirrel! Clam sandwiches? I broke my pinky nail. Can break your eye? Can break your dick? Possible then to break mind? And on and on..)

If we talk about mutual or relevant things that affect us both, usually, then I can keep up with them.

I don't know I think it just depends on their goals in life and their intellect a bit, or how well we vibe.

If they start listing a bunch of fruit and seeds in fruit- I think I’d be curious.

If it’s lists with car parts or nasa rocket parts 🚀, then I’d still be curious. (Tbh the mentioned above 👆 was pretty interesting lol).

It really just depends on their vibe. I don’t mind the WHAT we are talking about, as long as I know I’m talking to a dreamer/visionary/ ambitious person/ life-long learner/ a philosopher/ or any kind of pioneer/sponsor/ambassador for their field of career/ dreams/goals/ or life path.

If I get some vibe someone is just wanting to waste time or doesn’t respect me enough- then that’s a no- go.

So they need a certain level of intellect and respect for me to engage fully in convo. with them, and their interests (even if it differs from my line of interests).

So I think I’m pretty flexible, by that ruler. 📏 📐

The what isn’t a problem as much as how they engage with me about it.

And also a good mention is making sure we’re on the same energetic wavelength. If I cannot focus for the life of me that day… I hope he can lick that up without offense or I can convey that without him taking offense.

Some days: are rocket science talk and theories

And other days: are brand of potato chips to watch with a Netflix show

The mind energy going into a convo determines a lot of things too

But I am not prejudice to friendship with women. It applies to them as well. Just not nearly as much.

I am usually ok with people who love to talk the only time it's uncomfortable is when they can't shush long enough for you to reply to them even when they have asked you a question but they answer themselves 😂 and the other time a chatter is annoying is when they don't let you get a word, they don't seem to care if you have something to say and they respond "anyways as I was saying" after you did get a word in and they treat you as if you are not important

On the other hand quiet people are interesting as well like a challenge to earn their thoughts.

I’m a chatterbox so if I met someone who chats as much as I do, it’ll be worth it. Bounce ideas back and forth.
My partner is pretty quiet and I’m the absolute opposite.
