I guess the independent girl but, certainly not because of her money but the present lack of my own. Sure, I'd LOVE to be filthy rich but, not out of greed. I nearly married a girl that had lots of money but it never changed a thing with me or between us. Money doesn't matter that much to me. The bad thing is, NOT having it! I severely doubt either would be interested in me. Id chose the first one if everything else is relatively the same, like personality and such. If things go south, she can take care of herself. Thing is, a rich woman would not want anything to do with a normal average guy. You can disagree with this, but the stats don't lie, rich successful women only want the top 5% of men. So this question is basically moot.

Rich girl might or might not love an average guy but there are some girls who truly loves an average guy too so you can assume that a rich girl can also love an average guy unconditionally if she assumes him to be the right one. Dependent girls also can love him truly but there are also some girls who always thinks that a guy is the only one who should work, provide financial support to her where she refuses to work or be financially independent because she thinks the guy only should work for everything where she wanna be idle staying home
