My boyfriend is a a manager of a store. He seems to be fair overall but I feel he's a bit flirty with one coworker. He seems to bend over backwards to help her. Even with him being manager, he won't help other employees the same ( at lengths). This woman needed his help with her w4 and came in on her day off to see him and get personal help. Instead of him referring her with the correct phone numbers he helped her for 45 mins. He literally stopped his work to help her just make calls. He also has to mention she's laughing or he's making jokes. Im unsure of her age. I also don't know how to handle this situation because I feel jealous but dont want to overreact. Now I see her schedule changed to work the same day as my boyfriend. Previously they only crossed shifts but didn't work together. Should I address him on this or just sit and wait and watch? Thanks ahead.

Hmmm that is suspicious 🤔 I say get more evidence, Because even if you're right. Which I think you may be on to something. if you went and accused him of course he's going to get defensive. And also there is a chance you may be over reacting but it's suspicious. But I'm also not saying wait till you get cheated on or some shit. It's a tricky situation cause if you wait too long then he's gonna catch feelings and if that happens. You've already lost him so telling him won't mean anything.
And also for the record whether or not you want to hear this. Let's say your suspicions are correct right and he is flirting with this girl and he is trying to spend more time with her. Don't you think youve already lost him? I don't know about others but if I'm in a relationship with a girl and I start flirting with another it would mean that I'm no longer interested in my current girlfriend
Also let's say you did confront him about this girl, if he's flirting with her. What are you gonna try to get him to do? Fire her? He's just gonna pull the" you're over reacting" card
Is she better looking than you are?
