My boyfriend said he has lost interest in me but still likes me what should I do?

I am the reason for him to lose interest in me. I used to overthink a lot and talk about his past. But I am taking steps to stop my overthinking I told him that but he said he has lost interest in me I really like him How should I fix the situation when he is not answering my calls?

Don't make it all about you. Just be his friend. It's good you've discovered how overthinking the past destroys the present and future. If you're focusing on a specific outcome, you'll probably smother any possibility. If you show an interest in seeing things through his eyes, with no assumptions or criticism, you can establish a foundation for something nice. No one can guarantee where it will go, but anything nice has value in and of itself. Be helpful, kind, considerate and respectful. Don't do anything he wouldn't appreciate your doing. Don't project your preferences, needs and desires on him. We judge people based on their present patterns, not the fact they may have failed a spelling test in the 2nd grade.
