I was in relationship and it left me torn and left me with a lot of trust issues. Years go by and i see each and every man as heartbreakers and cheaters and each and everytime a man would try and love me i would immediately push them away even if my friends said the guy likes me but i would always tell myself that he doesn't or im just being delusional about everything and he is just using me
So am i the problem?

Of course you are. You said it yourself.
"everytime a man would try and love me i would immediately push them away even if my friends said the guy likes me but i would always tell myself that he doesn't or im just being delusional about everything and he is just using me"
Whoever did whatever to you in the past isn't my problem, my doing, or my place to fix. If you're going to hold that against me then of course I'm not going to stick around that's wholly unfair. You can't hold someone responsible for something that happened before they were even around.
Depends on how the previous relationship was and why those trust issues happened in the first place. Maybe what they did to you doesn't resemble typical guy behavior. Considering your age, you still have a long time to live and experience things. Maybe taking a break on relationships is good but doesn't mean you should give up forever.
For the recommend friend, if you don't like them back, at least explain why, no matter how vague you may explain. Everyone understands that the fear of rejection is real.
I've never been in a serious relationship.
For example I might say "You seem to be a wholesome person and genuine but with things happening in my life I don't feel ready for a relationship or anything closer than 'just friends'. But I hope that I can recover and that you still find happiness."
The idea of this is optimism. Feel free to disagree.
Yes, you are. To quote Saint Kevin:
"Punishing the men in your present for the mistakes of men in your past equals no future."
You need some sort of therapy, maybe MDMA.
