Am I the problem?

i can never seem to get past the talking stage with ANY guy i’ve ever talked to. i’ve prob had at least 20 situationships that have not ended up working out, with the longest one lasting around 7 months (yes, a 7 month talking stage!) I feel like i can sometimes be a little clingy, i just get really deep crushes. In order to control this, i talk to a few different guys so i’m not so needy to one specific person. I also feel like that gives me backup options in case i get ghosted. I don’t tend to snap too many guys, so i don’t really know what the problem is and why i can’t keep a talking stage while all my friends easily find boyfriends. please help.

Sorry for that anon man’s horribly rude comment, Grace. So unwarranted. I think you should start by figuring out what you’re looking for in a man. Set your boundaries, and don’t even entertain a talking stage if he doesn’t align with what you want. Most especially your core values.
