I want to ask this guy out on a second date. Our first date was three weeks ago and we haven’t spoken since then and I know that means he isn’t that interested but I really think we are compatible and want to give it a second chance. Should I write to him or not? Honest opinions please!

You can, but I think it's unlikely he will be interested. I did Lot of online dating and of I were interested I didn't wait there weeks. However it's possible that he is interested and believes you are not, so you might as well ask. You don't ask, you don't get. Good luck.
