i left my job march 19th i have not got a new on yet
prob because i;m lazy got used to being home i'm trying to better myself.
the company that i used to work for is hiring for an assistant manager at a different location the same job i had before.
i have applied to the new store on the website of the company & indeed so it would be seen more.
the job posting was posted on Thursday its only sat i was going to text my old district manager to tell him i want the job if he will hire me.
some people said this may make me look seem desperate.
but i don't care i care less & less each day about anything i just do my own thing.
should i write my old district manager?
sorry if this is too long i just wanted to give all the info i have so people can give me the best advice !

Is it the original old manager or the girl that came in? I think that may make a difference. Might look a little desperate but that's not always a bad thing.
its a male district manager the female was just a store manager. the job would be at a diff store not hers
just curious why would it make a difference?
One you may have had a better relationship with than the other.
i texted her a month ago saying i could come back to work a few hours a day like 5 to 6 she never responded dont know if she is mad at me or what.
Knowing what you said about her previously, she probably is.
you can always be homeless and be desperate for spare change
