Ok well chances are there’s a reason why you end up w those types of men. Not that you I te Tia only go looking for them, they gravitate toward you based on a vibe you put out. I don’t think it’s worth your time, there’s no winning there unless you know how to play that game. Not that it’s a game game, but it can be exhausting. They usually make you feel like shit, make you feel like you’re the problem, make you doubt yourself, may tell you no one is going to want you, gaslighting you.

It will just be a never-ending loop of taking the blame. They're known for love bombing, isolating, and gaslighting people into actually thinking they're going crazy. Accountability is actually painful for a narcissist.

Of course you shouldn’t take it personal, narcissists are vulnerable humans that have a hard shell if you want to get through that shell you will get injured so we have to stay away from them to keep ourselves away from ongoing harms
