Why does my boyfriend think im poisoning him?

I bought him food a few times and get the same reaction from him when he gets the good. I don't cook him food but I bring him fast food. He begs me to get him food whenever im at his house and I do it. He gets the food but looks at it and thinks I did something to it regardless he eats it but get the same reaction the next time around.
