I touch people all the time who I feel comfortable touching as a show of affection. It's not about attraction, per se. It's about being warm toward someone.

I would want something more specific than a touch on the arm. A kiss on the mouth. A pinch on the butt. An invitation to have lunch with her. I wouldn't make too much of a touch on the arm.

You've got to have more than that to know she's attracted to you.
