Should I be mad he told me he had HPV after we slept together?

I was dating this guy about a year ago. We went out and eventually we hooked up. About a week later we were talking and he told me that he had HPV. I was furious he didn't tell me before we slept together. He said it was "undetectable" and that's why he didn't mention it. I broke up with him as this was a breach in trust. Is this a big deal he didn't tell me or not?

Yes! You should. This is something he should've told you before sleeping with you especially if you didn't use any condoms. What he did is wrong. You did the right thing.

If he knew about it, weather it is detectable or not he should have informed you and taken precautions. Just because it is undetectable on him doesn’t mean there won’t be effects.
