My partner and I have been together for YEARS. So if one day he just says he wants out, I probably wouldn’t even ask why.
I would be hurt for sure considering we work on our issues but if magically he wants out, either I really did something he cannot talk to me about, or he did something he cannot talk to me about. Or he’s just tired of me.
Either way, I wouldn’t force or beg him to stick sprung.

Just accept it and know it wasn’t meant to be , we can’t force someone to love us , if someone chooses to walk away , let them go , realize you deserve someone that wouldn’t walk away from you no matter what , we can only give what we want to receive

It's futile to keep yourself in something that no longer serves you. If they have expressed they no longer want to be with you I think it's best to move on, fighting for them to stay will only make things worse for you cos they will take you for granted or see you as they are doing you a favor maybe out of pity and the relationship will start becoming toxic.
