Loving someone can mean letting them go. Not every relationship is meant to work. The best thing to do is realize this and treat each other kindly. Respecting each other is often breaking up as its best. It's hard to end something that is comfortable, such as living situations. Often thats why a relationship will drag out. Ending one is life altering.
If I know we’re ending things, we’ve already tried to work things out and this is an actual decision we’re making together, no regrets. So no, I don’t expect any last minute begging or pleading or crazy rom-com antics.
