I try to avoid dating drinkers. They aren't a dealbreaker like smokers but they are still a turnoff. I’ve only dated one dude who couldnt handle his alcohol and that was enough for me. He was sloppy and passed out a lot. The rest of my dudes either didn't drink or didn't drink in front of me, but would let me know if they were going to. Then of course I’d go into a panic for those hours imagining they’d be irresponsible like the first guy and they’d be so turned off by my worrying and whining that they’d just choose not to drink 🤷‍♀️ Some women drive you to drink. I drive you to the point that you lose your appetite for it 🤣

Oh yah, little rich girl (we were both early 20s), who was a raging alcoholic. She lived on her own and lived on Vodka and canned beets. Didn't need a job (trust fund baby) and her life was clubbing. Absolute freak, crazy, beautiful (one of the 10s I mentioned before) and a heck of a good time, but man was she messy in many ways, including a very sloppy drunk (I mean she peed the bed with me in it kind of mess). One of those glad you got away from the whole relationship but full of "what ifs."

No. I've dated girls that I thought were drinkers, not alcoholic's, because when we first started dating they would have a few drinks with me but when we got serious, they basically stopped drinking and told me they never really were drinkers. They just drank to relax and not make me feel like I shouldn't drink because they weren't drinking. My wife never drank, which was a bonus for me! Always a sober driver and always up early to deal with the kids. Yes. I'm a selfish prick!

Yes, one time. She was really a lush. She worked as a bartender and her whole life was all about drinking and partying. She would show up at my place already drunk and would want me to go out with her to drink some more. I was in college and was trying to study and then get up early the next day to go to class and she could sleep until noon if she wanted. She would get pissed at me. More than once she pased out during sex.

I've never dated at all, but this is the first time I've heard of a sloppy drinker. I usually hear about sloppy or messy eaters.

Not yet haha. This girl came into the bar where I work a couple times. She's 23, pretty good looking, has a huge crush on me, but she's always drunk as hell. I already babysit sloppy drunks at work. Doing that on my off days does not sound like fun at all.
