Is asking out a service worker weird (hairdresser)?

Just had my haircut and chatted it up as one would when getting there haircut and I just think she’s cute and we have things in common. So if I keep going back and getting to know her a bit more is that weird or normal?

I was thinking of leaving her one of there business cards with date idea and number as an “appointment and she can text to let me know ;). Good idea or naw?

If you go there everyday then it’s weird without being straightforward asking her out… so book your next appointment with her and go from there. Ask her how she takes her coffee or any drink she likes and bring her one. Then go from there and leave her a nice tip with your phone# .

Why not? Sounds like a great idea to go back a few times and chat while she cuts your hair. Get to know each other a bit.
If you seem to get along, at some point I'd just say "I was wondering, would you like to go out some time?"
That's pretty much how I first dated most of my girlfriends.
If she says yes, ask her if she knows a restaurant where you could meet. That way, she can feel safe meeting up the first time.
If she says no thanks, then you have lost nothing.

Fuck getting to know each other on social media first. That's the lamest thing in the world. Get to know each other in person.

It is not weird at all. I was in a bar one night and I stated talking to the bar tender and I thought she was really pretty. I waited until after she got off work and I told her I would walk her to her car. I asked her if she wanted to go out sometime and she said yes.

I worked as a hairdresser years ago. Getting chatted up was part of the job, as was being polite and chatting to customers. if I was asked out I'd be a bit weirded out while I was cutting someone's hair.
Your best hopes is bumping into her not at her place of work and ask her then. Don't be that person the girls laugh at behind your back during their break and given a nickname. :(

I don't trust people like that. They're just being chatty as part of their job. Hairdressers, Barbers, Bartenders, etc, are all like that with every client they get. Doesn't mean anything.

it happens more then you think, do you know if she is single? i would just be upfront and honest when she's cutting your hair ask her about something like if she would ever like to go for a drink or something, you got nothing to lose.
