Is it creepy to ask out a girl who work in retail store?

I am interested in know this girl who works in a cosmetics products shop. I went there last time and I asked her about a product ( don't judge me I am begginer model and I have to take care of my skin) should I go there more frequently and build rapport or just ask her for her number or instagram.

I guess interact with her again and see how casual or social she is, see if she can make friend with customer or something, be subtle in how you approach this stuff, do it when there's not a lot of other workers around so you dont get her in trouble, get a feeling of what you can and can't do, look up online or ask someon at a grocery store of ask a friend who work in retail how you coud go about this
