not necessarily but if the man finds the approaching woman to be attractive, then that relationship will be the strongest because relationships work best when the woman is interested first and invested into the man more than he is in her

men are always to be expected to be traditional no matter what, but a woman wanting to be the first to invest in a man will most likely want to be traditional for him
