How to ask her out over text after I congratulate her on some achievement?

She posted something on IG, something she achieved and I want to congratulate her but I also want to ask her out and use that congratulations as a starter. For additional info we've been talking through text for couple months now and she is always receptive and positive and I would ask her out in person but won't see eachother for at least a month. But I'm not sure how to do it, maybe something like, lets grab a drink to celebrate or something like that? Any ideas?
