Conscious style, you take your own sweet time getting to know many person before you start to date.

Bad guys/girls style, you date multiple people at a time.

Unless she asks me out we typically have a friendship that evolves into something more sometimes.

I don't have a problem asking a woman out. But women don't typically do very good job of displaying desire to be asked out. And I'm equally as bad at recognizing signs of interest I think.
