Everyone has an ideal type and has expectations when it comes to relationships. There's no right or wrong way to describe what you like and what you want in a relationship. There's nothing wrong with having an ideal type and there's nothing wrong with wanting something in a relationship.
My ideal type is someone who respects me and won't judge me. Isn't a hypocrite, loves/like animals, can cook (nothing fancy, just knows how to cook in general), gives good advice, intelligent, smart, curious, nice, caring, has no problem being themselves, has patience. Works on their goals, mentally and physically, has a good mindset, doesn't push/force/peer pressure me and anyone to do things, helps out any way they can, honest, isn't afraid of calling people out, shows independence.
What I want in a relationship: Emotional support, splitting things equally (rent, bills, etc), support in general, love (physically, mentally and emotionally), anything that keeps the relationship healthy and doesn't drain each other.
