Why is my boyfriend constantly seeking attention from other women and why am I putting up with it ?

My boyfriend and I have been dating for 1 year and a month now , I have been noticing for the past month or so , that he is basically seeking attention and still sees pictures of women who post explicit photos on ig. A month or so ago , I noticed that he told a girl he knew since his child hood that he didn’t have no one , I asked him about it 2 days after , but he denied it saying I’m Insecure etc. Before that happened, with the same girl that he knew , i saw that he commented on one of her pictures , which wasn’t a normal comment , it was a comment like this “ 🙈 “ . I asked him about that , and that’s when he told me how he knows her and etc. However , there has been moments how I’ve noticed that he would post things about “ send me n*de pictures “ or “ I want to fk you “ or things like that. Everytime I ask him or tell him about those things he gets mad , and starts saying how I’m insecure , that he knows what he is doing, blah blah blah. But I don’t really know what to do anymore. Ever since I found out that he said he doesn’t have no one , my thoughts and feelings for him have changed.
