What extra grooming do you do if know you're dating/going to have sex in a day or two?

E. g. for those 18+ and over who are actively dating or on dating apps, I just wanted to know or for those in early relationships, how much do you like or thrive "prepping" in the days leading up to a date or possibly sex after the date. Lots of showering or grooming or, minimal attention to grooming/body care/appearance. I'd like to think even as someone not actively dating, I like to look and feel pretty darn good 👍🙂😋

Girls do a lot of effort guys well on dating apps usually just wear axe and want a one night stand!

Even if they want a relationship they usually don't groom which is so sad!
