I met a guy on a dating month and we've been going on dates and talking for about a month. I'd like to think things are going really well but my anxious and overthinking is starting up.
I know when it comes to dating, I just have to learn to trust the process. I really like this guy but I felt like our communication has decreased this week and this will be the first week we haven't hung out since he's going back home to visit family. I feel like I may have given off some needy behavior since I felt like our communication and texting has gotten less but I'm trying to not let that happen.
What are some tips/advice to regulate these anxious feelings?
