How do I learn to accept the only reason I got a girlfriend was cause I was lucky?

You gotta change your mindset. Selling yourself short, even if it's just your own opinion on yourself, isn't healthy. I don't understand why you think you have to come to terms with "only getting a girlfriend bc of luck." That's how many people find their partners. They run into each other, it's coincidental and unlikely - Scott and Divine who went viral a while ago are proof of that. Just be happy. And if the relationship doesn't work out, don't force yourself to stay with someone because you'd rather have anything than nothing. Staying with the wrong person is life-altering.

Luck doesn’t get you a relationship. There’s got to be some feature that you have, that she’s attracted to, making her want to date you. Don’t be so harsh on yourself. Everyone has something about them that makes them attractive to the right partner.
