When I'm attracted to a guy I will personally make it quite obvious. I will sometimes even tell him straight up "I think you're hot". It is what it is. I'm friendly with a lot of people, so guys will sometimes mistake my friendliness for flirting. That's not the case unless I make it quite obvious that I'm attracted to them. I think it's the same way with some other girls, but every girl is different.

I don't agree with this entirely. When you cold approach hundreds to thousands of women like I have, the patterns are mostly accurate: 1) you can tell within the first 3 seconds of approaching a woman if she's interested or not (her reaction tells me this), 2) if you look at her and she turns her back to you or turns her face away immediately (unless she was looking at you first) is almost always a "fuck off" reaction, 3) if she's giving you short one worded responses on a text or in a conversation, also almost always low interest, etc. Naturally though, you won't ever know 100% until you ask her out, but like I said, it saves a man a lot of headache and time to be able to read between the lines before making a move.

Reading between the line is important. If when you say hello she shows signs that she's not interested you have to read that and leave her be that still requires you to say hello.

Yeah I think you misunderstood, IOIs are BS as a way of figuring out of you can talk to a girl.

Meaning if you see a cute girl you should talk to her without waiting for her to give you sign (since most girls won't)

Once you've said hello that's when it's important to read between the lines

I wouldn't call IOIs BS at least in my experience, but would use them as an incentive to approach. Overall yes, you should still approach regardless. Women who have given me even just one IOIs have been the ones I've actually had sex with and so on.

People are different you can't really know for sure.. Some women won't show anything towards you and in their mind they have the biggest crush on you.. And some women are friendly and flirty by nature so yeah.. Only way to know for sure is to ask them on a date and see their reaction..

There is a saying, I do not know the exact words but it essentially says that women are nicer or pay attention to men that they see value in. So if she is ignoring you and not showing any energy towards you, like going out of her way to try to talk to you or get your attention then 9x out of ten she is not attracted to you.

If she refuses its pretty likely that she is not interested but if she agrees she just might be interested.
