Embarrassing fart moment with boyfriend?

So it was my 3 year anniversary with my boyfriend and normally we go to our favorite restaurant to celebrate, but this time we wanted to do something different. So he suggested this new restaurant that recently opened in our town. I was already feeling a little sick but obviously didn't wanna ruin our special day so we just had a romantic dinner, great conversation, lots of flirting and hand holding and touches under the table. It was a really nice night until my stomach started really acting up :( Like it was really hurting me and I could just tell it would be a rough night. Halfway through the night, I can't sit a second longer and it continues acting up. I'm giving my boyfriend hints that we need to leave but he's not picking up on it so I eventually put cash on the table and tell him we need to leave right now. I'm like counting the minutes in the car until we reach our apartment. He asks what's wrong and I tell him my stomach is hurting. He's being all sweet and we're sort of spooning on the couch and he's playing with my hair and rubbing my tummy. Then it happens. A little fart slips out and there's nothing I can do about it! I literally haven't farted in front of him in the entirety of our relationship and I'm totally mortified! We both just bust out laughing and we can't stop lol. I'm like covering my face from embarrassment and blushing bright red. To make matters worse, I can't seem to control it and little tiny ones keep popping out lol. I'm dying of embarrassment and laughter by this point. He is super amused because I farted more that night than I ever have in front of him before this dreadful night. He's teasing me about it and imitating the times I've said that girls don't fart. He keeps making jokes & I'm just dying on the inside. He's teasing me nonstop that he's telling our friends! I'm so embarrassed I could die. I left the house for a bit but I'm too shy to come back lol! Why is he giving me such crap about this? Literally never happened before!

Shiiiii, my husband eats that shi up. Not that I farted in front of him, I would feel the same as you do. 🫠 However, he loves when i share stories to him about me farting in public. He's a good one <3

Lol same here! :D He like lives for those embarrassing moments and will make sure to bring it up at every opportunity because it NEVER happens lol! I would be annoyed if I didn't love him so much lol :P

He will not! He even said he'll always remember it because it fell on our anniversary lol! He does it all the time though but I never have and he's totally milking this moment to embarrass me :(

I know it's a normal thing but it's just the fact that he's never heard it before lol! I always maintained that girls don't fart and been very girlie about that stuff. So he's definitely making this a moment he'll always bring up I think and I can't just imagine 10 years from now he'll still bring this up lol

Something a lot more embarrassing he happened to me. I used to work in this really small office (like 3 small rooms) with two other women, each of us in our own room. The night before I had eaten this really really heavy dinner and it hit me after I got to work. My stomach really hurt and I let out this huge fart. It was really loud and it really smelled terrible and one of my coworkers told me I should only do that at home. I had to use the bathroom and I had terrible diarrhea with one of my coworkers like 5 feet away on the other side of the door. When I let go it was very loud and she heard (and smelled) everything.

Aww that sounds embarrassing and I can relate lol. The worst is when you know it's coming but not much you can do about it. It's embarrassing but also just something we all deal with sometimes :) I just would have rather it happened in front of anyone other than my boyfriend because I wanna be seen as attractive by him and he's my romantic partner lol! But it's more acceptable for guys lol

Lol you're funny! Yeah girls can also be judgmental sometimes about guys being gentlemen but honestly my boyfriend does it all the time and we just find it funny lol! But I just hold myself to a different standard around him and now have a phobia that it'll happen again lol! I don't even know why it makes me so embarrassed because it's not like we just met and he has obviously known me for years. But have girls done that in front of you and what was the reaction? :)

Girls have done it in front of me and I'm fine with it. Honestly I think it's cute when a girl farts! 😊 I just act like nothing happened or if she apolozises I tell her it's fine, we're all human and we all fart (I even shared my own embarrassing fart stories with a girl who farted when we were together so she'd know that guys and girls are in the same boat). It's something we can't control. We all have embarrassing things we can't control sometimes.

Lol thanks for making this less embarrassing :D My boyfriend also said it was cute because I've never done it in our 3 years together lol! I was sick so that might be why but under normal circumstances I would avoid that at all costs and especially when I'm trying to be attractive and cute to him lol! :P Doesn't help that his memory is really good though and he'll remember this moment forever lol!

I would go out of my way to make sure he doesn't hear my farts lol! Like I would wait until he leaves the apartment when I'm totally alone. He finds it funny I guess because of how much I avoided it for our 3 year relationship and then that day just ruined it all lol
