I would say false. Even if the 1-10 scale were real, it would still be subjective, and even if it were somehow objective there is no way to know the "average" without every "score" being added and divided by the total. I would bet everything I own that the average of everyone on the planet under those circumstances is not exactly 5 for men and exactly 6 for women.

I dont think you can compare the special rating taken for exams with general rating or finding the average.
1-10 with 5 beeing average makes it more simple to follow and understand. Beauty is furthermore subjective so a 5 for one can pass as 6/7 for someone else.

The rate is graded much harder for men true. But if a woman isn't at least a 6 she's not even worth grading though. So a woman who's a 5 really doesn't exist.
