ask what they don't like. if they are being genuine they will have an answer if they aren't they will be saying "oh nothing you are gorgeous" reality is every single human has flaws. my wife's bad feature is she has one eye that is slightly lower than the other. it isn't noticeable unless you are looking for it but she knows it is there I know it is there. my bad feature is I have a nasally voice when sitting down from hunching over because I am quite tall. no human on earth is flawless. also don't have to worry about sleeping with people if you just don't sleep with them until you are in an exclusive relationship.
